Saphan Hin is a popular leisure place for travelers and locals. Located on the beach, it winds up the street, Phuket Road. Previously, the place was used as a reclamation project. In the middle of the park stands a monument to bizarre drills, from where tin is extracted. This is a dedication to the Australian Captain Edward Thomas Miles.
