Eating local food is one of the best ways to get acquainted with traditions. Especially in Italy, where every region boasts its own typical dishes! Why not to take a cooking class with your team during your incentive trip to Italy or Europe? You will learn to prepare your favorite dishes, but at the same time have much fun and boost team spirit. For example, you can choose to create authentic Italian pizza, fresh handmade pasta, sushi, or even learn to decorate cakes and chocolate eggs!

Last but not least, you could organize a culinary challenge like in the TV show Master Chef! The teams will face challenges involving a box with mysterious ingredients, an ability test and the invention and presentation of an original recipe. The panel of judges will taste all the dishes and decide which was the team that invented the best solution. The judges will be professional chefs; eventually, between them there can be a real winner of Master Chef! He will show some of his tips & tricks, give suggestions and proclaim the winning team. In any Team Cooking activity, the best part comes at the end. All the team members sit together at the table to share food and impressions of the day spent together. Cooking together is a great team building experience, and eating (and drinking) together is another one. It will let you develop communication and even friendship with your colleagues. After a few drinks, even the grumpiest boss will seem like a pleasant person!

Or, for a socially aware team, the culinary team building can become occasion for charity. You can cook together with people with handicaps, or give the dinner you produced to those who need it. For an experience of true sharing!
