A well-known international company “Leeser Architecture” has won the competition to design a five-star class "lux" hotel in the Bay of Zayed in Abu Dhabi. The Helix Hotel has a spiral shape without a single corner. The central part is filled with coastal air and sunlight. Thanks to the original design, each hotel room has a unique view from the window. The top roof of the pool is of glass and it is located at the bottom and swimmers can be seen from the lower floors. Focusing on unique design, Leeser also found the optimal conditions and materials for heat and energy. The walls act as the curtain will open when the weather is cool enough and close when too hot. The temperature and the humidity will be maintained and modified by the waterfall with the sea water in the atrium. The outer surface covered with solar panel is made of new material. A feature of this design is that the hotel will have normal levels, but they will spiral down from top to bottom, uninterrupted clear, "the flowing" of the hotel rooms in the sauna. This super-tech hotel will use the most renewable energy sources such as the sun, the wind and the water of the ocean. The temperature and the humidity of the 208 rooms will be adjusted by a waterfall inside. The hotel includes a roof top pool. Status: Concept.
Who about what, but , the United Arab Emirates are about hotels and other low places to attract tourists. Abu Dhabi again designed a building for a new hotel. Of course, with a "twist" and of course, insanely expensive. The Spiral Helix Hotel is a bit like the other projects on the Eastern Hotel. For example, here, as well as all other hotels located there, where it's always very hot, the hotel rooms are made environmental, as close to nature. That is, each of the 208 rooms will be imbued with the sun, with the ocean waves, sea air and cool breeze. It is not known, though, how the Leeser Architecture Company will achieve this, but promises are intriguing. The second "highlight" of the project, I would call that part of the hotel will be submerged under the water, that is, the lower floors can enjoy the underwater world of the ocean without leaving the room. And that part of the hotel, which remains on the top, built in a spiral and is somewhat reminiscent of a stack of plates, folded into the sink after dinner. In general, the hotel looks quite attractive. And it is very expensive. So it is expected that the construction will finish soon. And if you do not think about money, then we should expect that customers in this heavenly place will always be enough.
