A well-known international company “Leeser Architecture” has won the competition to design a five-star class "lux" hotel in the Bay of Zayed in Abu Dhabi. The Helix Hotel has a spiral shape without a single corner. The central part is filled with coastal air and sunlight. Thanks to the original design, each hotel room has a unique view from the window. The top roof of the pool is of glass and it is located at the bottom and swimmers can be seen from the lower floors. Focusing on unique design, Leeser also found the optimal conditions and materials for heat and energy. The walls act as the curtain will open when the weather is cool enough and close when too hot. The temperature and the humidity will be maintained and modified by the waterfall with the sea water in the atrium. The outer surface covered with solar panel is made of new material. A feature of this design is that the hotel will have normal levels, but they will spiral down from top to bottom, uninterrupted clear, "the flowing" of the hotel rooms in the sauna. This super-tech hotel will use the most renewable energy sources such as the sun, the wind and the water of the ocean.
