Las Fallas was originally a celebration dedicated to St. Joseph, patron of wood cutters, but with time it turned into a festival of five days. The basic element in building wooden figures and allegorical compositions with a satirical character, inspired by topics, which are made in district centers. Every few streets are building their own "fall" find a real pride for each contributor. Basically Valencia becomes a relatively quiet city of 800,000, a huge party over 3,000,000 people.
