This makes Morocco be both Mediterranean, African, Arab and Berber.

The locals have adapted to the silence of Sahara desert and the noise from medina (old city) and have integrated into the old "mellah" (Jewish quarters) and Tuareg commercial spots. The words you will be greeted with when you arrive in Morocco are centuries old – “Ahlanwasahlan " –“You are welcome in Morocco”.

On the northern coast the weather is pleasant throughout the year, although winter can be cold and rain can occur. On beaches that are farther south the fog appears, a phenomenon caused by the desert heat and cold currents in the Atlantic. On the lower lands, the colder months from October to April are popular. It is nice and warm during the day (30 ° C) and cold at night (15 ° C). Ski season lasts from December to March. Peak tourist season is between mid-June and September.
