National Theater in Vienna, was built between 1874 and 1878 by the architects Karl Hasenauer and Gottfried Semper. It is one of the most famous theaters in the German speaking world. Burg's what she was never a Viennese theater but rather simply a holy place where there were hot debates about the role art and culture in society.
Over the years the theater has evolved famous actors but also held here today a variety of plays, concerts and other special events. Burgtheater was founded by Maria Theresa, but was located in another building. At the Burgtheater had two world premieres of works by Mozart.
