In front of the building some old trees hide the outdoor terrace, converted into a perfect harbour, a great refuge from the sunshine, as well as ideal for family reunions and outdoor dinners. The villa is made of three floors. The living room represents a wide and creative area, and benefits from Sat TV, DVD, beautifully designed with a modern fireplace. There are also included two kitchens with all the necessary equippments with modern facilities and exclusive amenities, for example a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electrical oven, a wood oven for pizza, a washing machine and different interesting pottery. If the guests are willing to experience the delicious Tuscan traditional meals, a cooker is always available for them, upon request in advance.

On the first floor four tastefully and stylish bedrooms are located. One of them has a single bed, while the other three include a double bed. Another bedroom is also furnished on the first floor as well with a fold out bed but it serves as a passage room to the second floor. The master bedroom features a private balcony and its wide surface allows to be added a sofa bed, perfect for a peaceful relaxation there. The four bathrooms of the villa are enriched in colourful Italian ceramics. The second floor includes a veritable mansard room with a double bed that can be easily transformed into two single beds upon request, also a bathroom with shower. The excellent swimming pool overlooks the large garden and it is equipped with many chairs, tables and umbrellas. The guests can rest in tranquility here swimming or taking a sunbath. It is a remarkable place perfect for a fantastic delight.
