Alassio Beach
Are you looking for a great summer??? Aren’t you sure what beach to choose in Italy? We are here to help you. Italy is a wonderful country. It is surrounded by five seas at once - in the north by the Adriatic, Ionian, Tyrrhenian, Ligurian , and by the Mediterranean (island of Sicily and Sardinia).
The beaches on the Italian coast are divided into plots and leased to private entrepreneurs. The value of the beach depends on the degree of comfort and luxury equipment (separate cabins for undressing, lounges, beds, umbrellas, tents with tables and chairs where you can order drinks and fruit). At the same time, a narrow strip of water (5-10 feet) is usually available for free passage, and sometimes you can be offered a sunbathe on your own towel. If you stay at a hotel on the beach, you will have free place on the beach.

Alassio is rich in monuments, many churches, most of which are medieval and modern. The "alleys" of the old town and the Saracen tower are of high interest. The main attraction of Alassio is the Muretto Wall. At this famous monument we can see attached tiles signed by famous people, E. Hemingway, for the first time in 1951 and then it was joined by others. Lovers of Antiquities also find in these parts a lot of interesting things: the Romanesque church of the Holy Cross (Chiesa di Santa Croce), standing on a hill near the road leading in Albegna and the bell tower Sant'Ambrogio, built in the XVI century.
The Alassio beach refers to as the "Bay of the Sun" - a small road that separates the first line of hotels on the beach. However, the resort is perfect for young people and families with children through the palm groves and gentle sand beaches to attend fashionable discos and going shopping at the most famous stores. A holiday in Alassio is fun, relaxation, sea and culture: you can save money if you make a reservation at a house or a hotel in advance .
