The pizzeria is located on Via Di Tribunali 94, in the city center. Needless to say, the pizza is nothing short of excellent. The menu is varied, ranging from the classic margherita and marinara pizzas with all kinds of seasoning. But not all: the size is extra large! For the price of a pizza "normal" will be served a pizza giant, protruding several inches from the plate. If you are a delicate stomach, but you can always ask for a miniature (which will be instead of normal size).
But what really try if you can not go by Di Matteo is the legendary fried pizza. It is a fried calzone filled with ricotta and pork scratching (cicoli pellets, obtained from pig fat). Personally, I advise you not to eat it whole: it is heavy to digest, and very little time to be satisfied. Order one or two (depending on who you are) as an appetizer and split / and among the guests in my opinion is the best solution. Besides the fried pizza, fries are also excellent classic: knots of potatoes, arancini, rice balls and so on.
The restaurant is on two floors, with separate entrance and exit. The room upstairs is more spacious and bright, but perhaps that is served downstairs first. Both are rather spartan, but very clean, as are the seats: paper towels, plastic cups, convenience and hygiene. Good service, but often have to wait to see get their pizza, because of the influx of customers. And 'this, in my opinion, the only "sin" of the premises: there is always a lot of line, then it should occur early enough or arm themselves with patience. I assure you, however, that it's worth it. Moreover, it is a good rule not stay at the table too, once the drink, to make room for those waiting outside.
