Summer Palace (or YiHeYuan) is located 12 km from Beijing and has a beautiful imperial garden. In the past the Summer Palace was where the imperial family retreat during the summer. Garden Palace is the best preserved garden in China. Summer Palace is a perfect combination close to the natural and artificial landscapes. The garden is a model for Chinese classical gardens, is registered in the UNESCO world cultural heritage.
